An Apprenticeship Programme is a cost-effective employee training solution for businesses. Our courses are minimum 95% government-funded.
Our Apprenticeship Programmes are delivered on a remote basis. Upon enrolment, your learner will be assigned a dedicated industry-expert tutor, who will guide them through the duration of the programme.
Both learner and tutor will meet regularly via video call to engage in teaching sessions. Learners will be assigned regular coursework, to prepare them for their End Point Assessment (EPA) at the end of their programme.
Learners will receive additional support and guidance via e-mail or phone call between sessions. Additionally, our tutor team strive to keep employers fully informed on their employee's progress throughout the programme.
If your employee is 16-21 years old, their Apprenticeship Programme is 100% government funded.
If your employee is 22 years or over, you will pay a 5% contribution towards the cost of the programme.
Our Apprentices must be aged 16 years or over and currently employed within an organisation.
For all Apprenticeship Programmes at Level 3 and above, learners must possess their GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above. Our tutor team provide additional training for learners to achieve these qualifications while on programme.
During their induction, our learners will be guided through a Skillscan to check that the programme will provide them with enough new knowledge and skills to benefit their development.
Typically, no, but if a learner decides to change programme within the first few months and has completed work that can be transferred across, we may consider it.
Yes they can. The learner would go through the same eligibility checks as before, including checking their job responsibilities and requesting competency skills evidence. They would also be taken through a new Skillscan to determine their current understanding of the programme.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion directly from the awarding body. This certificate is sent to the employer and usually takes around 3 months to receive. For professional recognitions (eg. ARLA membership), you will need to contact them directly for guidance on how to obtain evidence of obtainment.
Our experienced recruitment team can help you. We offer a free recruitment service to all employers who are looking to hire an apprentice.
We will vet, screen and arrange interviews on your behalf, to save you time, money and stress. We make our money from the government funding once the Apprentice is on programme, so it makes sense for us to support the growth of local companies.
After 6 weeks, the 5% contribution is non-refundable. If your employee leaves your business after this period, there is nothing further to pay.
If a learner leaves their current business, our team will attempt to re-engage with them and their new employer.
For all Apprenticeship Programmes at Level 3 and above, learners must possess their GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
Learners must provide evidence of these qualifications via their GCSE certificates.
For learners who do not possess these qualifications, they will be required to undertake additional learning while on programme and complete a computer-based functional skill level 2 exam.
If your employee finds their certificates at a later date, we can remove the requirement for them to undertake functional skills training while on programme.
Your employee will be asked to contact their awarding body to obtain new copies of their certificates.
You can access policy templates by contacting your original Business Development POC.
