Customer Service Level 3 – Apprenticeship 

Name – Louie Harsant

Age – 18

Louie is the Property Manager at Knights Property Services, managing all of the lettings properties, Louie takes care of all tenants and landlords during the buying/renting process. On a day-to-day basis, Louie deal with any problems that may occur at a property as quickly as possible, whilst also looking after the contracts and checking in process.

Before you current job role, what were you doing? 

Before working for Knights Property Service, I was at college studying my A Levels. Whilst studying I was also working part-time as a supervisor in a supermarket.

How has the company helped your career development? 

Knights Property Services have helped my career development in many ways; sending me on various training courses which helped expand my knowledge of the property sector. I have a lot of support within my work, on a daily basis my colleagues help me in my career by teaching me what they’ve learnt and assisting me with anything that I get stuck with.

What have you gained working with the company?

My biggest asset that I have gained since working for Knights is definitely my confidence – this has improved drastically! My communication skills have improved as well as becoming more organised.

What is the proudest moment in your career? 

The proudest moment in my career was definitely when I helped move in over twenty properties within my first month of working.

What is your favourite thing about working for your company? 

My favourite thing about working for Knights Property Services is the people I work with, we all get on with each other and work well as a team – there is always a great vibe in the office!

What is your favourite project at your company? 

My favourite project at Knight Property Services is definitely helping to set up our new branch – this will be the second branch we are opening.

If I could meet anyone dead or alive it would be David Beckham.

If you were stuck on an island, what would be the three things you would bring with? 

The three things I would bring if I was stuck on an island would be: a pen knife, flint – (for fire) and a GPS phone.

What are your top three life highlights? 

Passing my driving test, managing a property from start to finish and winning the league in my final season in football.
